Description

With summer in full swing, it’s time to dust off the grill and put it to good use! Join Tiago as he discusses grill setup, two-zone cooking, and his favorite ways to impart flavor using rubs and marinades. He’ll make Marinated Chicken Souvlaki with creamy Tzatziki dressing and spice things up with Jamaican Jerk Chicken paired with a refreshing Pineapple Salsa. By the end of class, you’ll be the neighborhood grill master everyone flocks to. Dietary Notes: With poultry and dairy; no gluten.

About the instructor: Tiago graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2014. After graduation, he honed his skills as a lead sauté cook for a fine dining establishment. He has been teaching cooking classes for the last several years and has found teaching to be one of the most gratifying experiences of his life. Tiago is also a wine enthusiast and certified sommelier.
