Description

Whether you're an egg pro or you find yourself stuck on a simple scramble, this class is packed with tips and techniques to bring your egg game to the next level. Join Yary, our resident “eggs-pert” as she shares her secrets behind mastering this breakfast MVP at home. She’ll show you methods for perfect poaching and frying and you’ll learn the difference between omelets and frittatas (and why you should make them more often). Yary will also teach her foolproof method for making hard-boiled eggs.

Vegetarian with eggs and dairy; no gluten.

About the instructor: Yary Oslund is a Cuban national who came to the United States in 2003. She acquired her love and respect for food from her mother, who has been a chef for 40 years. Trained at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Seattle, Yary shares her passion for cooking natural foods while giving students an unforgettable culinary experience.

  • This is a demonstration class offered live online via Zoom.
