Make every night a taco party! An advocate for plant-based eating and tacos, Chef Brandon loves to develop creative, nutrient-dense meals that don’t require meat. Drawing from his experience as a taco truck chef and owner, Brandon will teach you how to cook with jackfruit, hemp seeds and pepitas to create different flavor combinations that make vegan tacos a weeknight staple. You'll find quick and easy tips for making tortillas, roasting vegetables and making vegan sauces that make tacos so delicious.

About the instructor: Brandon Rouge is a local Seattle-born chef who is passionate about cooking healthy and delicious plant-based foods. Having struggled with his own personal health issues and dietary restrictions over the past two decades, Chef Rouge seeks to help people heal themselves while enjoying good food. He specializes in making allergen-friendly plant based versions of traditional comfort foods using whole food ingredients. In addition to cooking, Rouge is an avid Qi Gong Enthusiast, Meditation Practitioner, and Puppy Whisperer.
