Description

What better way to hone your young chef’s cooking skills than with French café classics? Kids will put on their chef de cuisine hat and cook along with Erica as they embark on a virtual tour of Parisian fare. They’ll explore traditional culinary methods and try their hand making French bistro favorites and boulangerie hits, all from the comfort of your home kitchen. C’est bon!

Vegetarian with dairy, eggs and gluten.

About the instructor: Erica is a passionate cook and educator. She attended the University of Washington while working at Seattle's renowned fine-dining restaurant, Canlis, as a professional cook. In 2017 she went on to co-found Seattle Cucina Cooking School, and works in partnership with Seattle Public Schools, sharing culinary education with students. Erica is thrilled to be sharing her love of cooking and eating together with Seattle kids and families.

Class notes

This is a hands-on cook-along class offered live via Zoom. This class is geared toward a wide age range, and parental assistance or supervision may be needed for younger students. One spot in class is good for one kitchen. A recording will be sent after class. Cancellation Policy: Online classes are nonrefundable. You can request a transfer to a different class up to one week prior to class.
