Join Chef Dave from Woodinville Sauce Co, for a member-only class featuring summer sliders, prepared three ways. Utilizing Woodinville Sauce Co signature sauces - Blackberry Grill Sauce, Dos Haches Chili Sauce, and Asian'Q - members will learn how to build a menu that is creative, fun, and offers a wide variety of flavors and techniques. You are sure to learn a few new tricks to impress at your next summer gathering! Member-only cooking classes are offered at a lower price and all attendees will receive a small gift at the end of class as a token of our appreciation.

About the instructor: Chef Dave has been cooking, teaching, and running kitchens for the past 20 years in multiple states and venues, including a two-year stint in Mumbai, India. Over the past three years, he has combined his diverse professional experiences to create Woodinville Sauce Co., a business that embodies his identity as an entrepreneur.

Chef Dave is very excited to "talk sauce," share his story, and connect with PCC members.
