Join Michelle Babb, author of “Mastering Mindful Eating,” for a mindfulness reboot. When we infuse mindfulness into every aspect of feeding ourselves and our families, we find more joy in planning, preparing and eating our food. Learn how to engage your senses as Michelle prepares Cast-Iron Beets and Sweets Medley, and Moroccan Chickpea Burgers. You’ll also participate in guided mindfulness activities to help you nourish yourself with intention.

About the instructor: Michelle is an adjunct professor at Bastyr University and has her own nutrition practices in West Seattle and Wallingford. She specializes in therapeutic, family-focused nutrition and loves getting the whole family involved in planning, creating and sharing healthy meals. Michelle teaches her patients and students the power of intuitive eating and shares her food philosophy and insights on eatplaybe.com.
This class is offered live via the Zoom app. You will receive an email with recipes and class details five days in advance. After class, we will share a recorded version.
