Description

A must-do for cooks of all levels, Mastering Knife Skills is fundamental for building kitchen confidence. In this hands-on class, you’ll lay a foundation of knife know-how. Learn how to properly and safely use a knife, hone with steel, and explore the different types of knives and their purposes. Then put your knowledge to the test with classic French cuts — you’ll brunoise apples, batonnet potatoes, chiffonade fresh herbs and more.
