Join Tiago for a night of gnocchi-making! Using just a few ingredients, these fluffy dumplings not only are fun to shape by hand, but they also cook in a snap and even can be made ahead and frozen for a meal later in the week. Learn how to craft two types of gnocchi, each paired with a delectable sauce: Potato Gnocchi with Butter, Sage and Parmesan; and Ricotta Gnudi with Tomato Sauce.
Dietary Notes: Vegetarian with eggs and gluten; no dairy.
