Kids will learn how to prepare classic Taiwanese tapioca boba pearls and use a little kitchen chemistry to find out how to make their own cornstarch-based version. Theyll use both to create both matcha and fruit smoothie versions of this popular drink. To top it off theyll learn how to make Butter Mochi a delicious Hawaiian treat as a sweet accompaniment.
Vegetarian with dairy, eggs and gluten.
