Get ready to play with your food. We’ll take the magic of a snowy winter scene as our inspiration as we create a delicious tableau – on our plates! We’ll cook up Snowy Mashed Potato Hills, Chicken Strip Mountains, Roasted Broccoli Trees and Parmesan Snowflakes and arrange it into an edible winter wonderland. Make sure to snap a picture before it’s all eaten up!

About the instructor: Erica is a passionate cook and educator. She attended the University of Washington while working at Seattle's renowned fine-dining restaurant, Canlis, as a professional cook. In 2017 she went on to co-found Seattle Cucina Cooking School, and works in partnership with Seattle Public Schools, sharing culinary education with students. Erica is thrilled to be sharing her love of cooking and eating together with Seattle kids and families.
This class is designed as a hands-on cook-along experience offered live via the Zoom app. Recipes, pre-class prep and an equipment list will be sent before class; after class, we will share a recorded version. One spot in class is good for one kitchen. Online classes are nonrefundable.
