Break out your fancy hats and join us for a high tea baking adventure! Young chefs will cook along with Erica to prepare an elegant breakfast spread. They’ll practice working with butter and flour to create tender, flaky Honey-Cream Scones with a lusciously smooth Lemon Curd. Your budding baker will serve up a platter to round out an afternoon tea party any day of the week!

About the instructor: Erica is a passionate cook and educator. She attended the University of Washington while working at Seattle's renowned fine-dining restaurant, Canlis, as a professional cook. In 2017 she went on to co-found Seattle Cucina Cooking School, and works in partnership with Seattle Public Schools, sharing culinary education with students. Erica is thrilled to be sharing her love of cooking and eating together with Seattle kids and families.
This class is designed as a hands-on cook-along experience offered live via the Zoom app. This series is geared toward a wide age range, and parental assistance or supervision may be needed for younger students. Recipes, pre-class prep and an equipment list will be sent before class; after class, we will share a recorded version. One spot in class is good for one kitchen. Online classes are nonrefundable.
