Celebrate Dad with scratch-made breakfast! Kids and dads will cook along with Chef Lee as we make an elegant Spring Frittata with Asparagus, Smoked Salmon and Chives. While the frittata bakes, we’ll grate and fry Hash Browns, and measure our ingredients for a favorite brunch beverage – Virgin Bloody Marys. We’ll get creative decorating and garnishing the glass, then plate the spread beautifully for dad’s celebratory brunch.
About the instructor: Lee’s passion for cooking began at an early age while helping her grandmother prepare delicious, homemade meals for their family-owned Okemo Lantern Lodge in Vermont. She graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and has been working professionally for over 20 years as a pastry chef and caterer. Most recently, she inspires young chefs as a high school culinary instructor. a pastry instruction company.
