Turn your kitchen into Santa’s workshop! Budding chefs will try on the role of Christmas elves as they bake along with Erica to make delicious gifts for everyone on their list. We’ll mix, shape and bake Apple Cider Donuts, then practice our measuring skills as we assemble Hot Cocoa Kits with Marshmallows, a perfect stocking stuffer! Festive aprons encouraged.

About the instructor: Erica is a passionate cook and educator. She attended the University of Washington while working at Seattle's renowned fine-dining restaurant, Canlis, as a professional cook. In 2017 she went on to co-found Seattle Cucina Cooking School, and works in partnership with Seattle Public Schools, sharing culinary education with students. Erica is thrilled to be sharing her love of cooking and eating together with Seattle kids and families.
This class is designed as a hands-on cook-along experience, with the instructor guiding students through the dishes. The class is offered live via the Zoom app. Recipes, pre-class prep and an equipment list will be sent five days in advance. After class, we will share a recorded version. Online classes are nonrefundable.
