Summer in the PNW is all about soaking up al fresco dining and highlighting the seasons freshest produce. Join Christina and learn how to make dinner parties a snap with her tricks for menu planning and preparing ingredients in advance for no-stress entertaining. Youll learn how to turn farro into a refreshing salad and pick stone fruit for an updated take on Caprese. Shell also teach you how to make a light cod cooked en papillote and end on a sweet note with macerated berries and gelato.
With seafood, dairy and gluten; no meat or eggs.
About the instructor: Christina left her corporate job in 2021 to focus on a career as a full-time food and cooking coach specializing in meal planning designed for busy people. She does this by helping others regain their quality of life with a sustainable approach to cooking. She combines an extensive catering, food service and grocery background with her passion for international cuisine to help others feel confident in the kitchen making delicious, feel-great meals. Currently, Christina teaches group cooking classes and offers menu plan coaching through her business Foodie With A Life.
