Here in the PNW we wait all year for warm summer nights perfect for outdoor dining. Join Christina and learn how to craft dishes perfect for outdoor dinners with friends. Youll learn the difference between dishes that can be prepped in advance versus made in a moment, and how to blend the two to create an incredible dinner party at a moment's notice - all while highlighting best of the season produce.

About the instructor: Christina left her corporate job in 2021 to focus on a career as a full-time food and cooking coach specializing in meal planning designed for busy people. She does this by helping others regain their quality of life with a sustainable approach to cooking. She combines an extensive catering, food service and grocery background with her passion for international cuisine to help others feel confident in the kitchen making delicious, feel-great meals. Currently, Christina teaches group cooking classes and offers menu plan coaching through her business Foodie With A Life.
