Embark on a culinary adventure with Shama to master the savory South Indian crepe known as dosa. Youll learn how to make a mung bean version that takes less time than traditional fermented batters. As you cook along, Shama will guide you through the techniques for soaking and grinding the beans and rolling out the crepes. Complete this vegan meal with a traditional dosa accompaniment called Sambar lentil soup with vegetables topped with crispy curry leaves.
Vegan and gluten-free.
