Whether crispy or chewy, nutty, or gooey we can all agree that cookies are a treat enjoyed by all ages. Join Cam in this edition of Kitchen Chemistry as she introduces young chefs to what makes different methods and ingredients work the way they do. Along the way, kids will learn skills to build their kitchen confidence as they make Chewy Chocolate Cookies and Crisp Sugar Cookies.
