Description
Cook along with Shama as she takes you through the steps to prepare Poori Aloo, a North Indian fried bread served with curried potatoes. Since poori is made with just a few ingredients, technique is key for achieving its signature puff. Shama will show you how to obtain the right consistency for dough, then roll out and deep-fry the pooris. To accompany the bread, you’ll prepare curried potatoes with fenugreek seeds and curry leaves as Shama discusses the unique spice combinations for authentic Indian curries.
