If you learn to only bake one bread, make it fluffy, rich, buttery brioche! Working with local flours, Lisa will craft a versatile brioche dough that can be shaped into everything from Hamburger Buns to melt-in-your-mouth Cinnamon Rolls. Master the basics as she walks you through the importance of temperature when mixing your dough, the benefits of using a leaven, and the best ways to troubleshoot bakers yeast for proper gluten development.
Dietary Notes: With gluten, eggs and dairy.
