Description
Make elegant decorations a piece of cake with pastry chef Marianna’s guidance. From the technical elements to the creative artistic touches, she’ll cover the essentials for crafting a cake that looks as good as it tastes. You’ll work hands-on to make Swiss meringue buttercream frosting, learn to evenly slice cake layers and apply a crumb coat, and practice various piping techniques, including buttercream roses. Marianna will provide an easy Citrus Buttermilk Cake recipe for you to make ahead, or you can prepare your favorite cake to decorate in class.
