Inspired by her own family traditions, Marianna has whipped up a menu that brings classic British techniques to life. Learn to master two quintessentially British baked goods: Sticky Toffee Pudding, and Sourdough Crumpets topped with fresh Citrus Curd.

About the instructor: Marianna is a pastry chef and Washington native who grew up in the central part of the state. After several years in the veterinary industry, Marianna switched careers and now teaches cooking all around the Puget Sound, as far east as Snoqualmie. Marianna focuses on technique-driven classes and loves to demystify the cooking and baking process and its associated science.
This is a demonstration class offered live via the Zoom app. You will receive an email with recipes and class details five days in advance. After class, we will share a recorded version. This class is not designed as a cook-along. All key elements will be shown in class; however, instructors may complete time-consuming steps in advance. Online classes are nonrefundable.
