Pastry chef Vindi will walk you through the process of making focaccia and flatbread; flavorful breads that are easy to make and endlessly versatile. Shell share the steps mixing, folding, pre-shaping and baking to achieve an artisan bakery result in your own kitchen. The best part? This dough can also be used to form simple loaves, rolls, focaccia and more. Bread doesn't have to be intimidating or time consuming; even if you are short of time Vindi will teach you the secrets to whipping up a loaf in no time.

About the instructor: Vindi received her certificate III from the William Angliss Institute of Melbourne. Since then, she has worked as a baker and pastry chef in several bakeries both in Melbourne and Seattle. Vindi believes learning never stops and that everyone has room to grow. This is why she likes to share her knowledge and skills with others. Also, food always tastes better when shared!
