Learn the art of controlling steam and heat in a home oven, a crucial factor in achieving the perfect crust and texture for your sourdough creations. Vindi will unravel the secrets of sourdough baking, providing sustainable and practical techniques to ensure a joyful and frustration-free baking experience.

About the instructor: Vindi received her certificate III from the William Angliss Institute of Melbourne. Since then, she has worked as a baker and pastry chef in several bakeries both in Melbourne and Seattle. Vindi believes learning never stops and that everyone has room to grow. This is why she likes to share her knowledge and skills with others. Also, food always tastes better when shared!
