Join fellow members in a cooking class taught by nutritionist Michelle Babb, author of the cookbook Mastering Mindful Eating. Michelle will guide students through the art of creating delicious and nutritious plant-based meals, highlighting her expertise in anti-inflammatory eating. You’ll leave with the skills to create meals that are good for you and gentle on our planet.

To celebrate our anniversary, Rebekah curated a collection of iconic PCC recipes, diving deep into the archives to locate the living legends who helped define the flavors of our co-op.

Rebekah will be joined by retired PCC Executive Chef Lynne Vea, who created PCC’s most popular online recipe: Old-Fashioned Brown Sugar and Cinnamon Apple Pie. Lynne will demo this favorite dessert and share the source of its inspiration.
