PCC Board of Trustees Election

Active co-op members will have the opportunity to vote for candidates to the PCC Board of Trustees. Voting will begin online April 15 at 12:01 a.m. and end April 29 at 5:00 p.m., Pacific Time. Voting takes only a minute but is an important part of assuring that the co-op has competent, dedicated leadership so that PCC can continue to thrive and support its communities long into the future.

The co-op’s Annual Members’ Meeting will take place virtually on April 30, 2025.

If you are an active co-op member as of March 12, 2025, you are eligible to vote in the election. To be considered an active member who is eligible to vote, you must meet the following requirements by March 12, 2025:

  • Your membership is paid in full.
  • You have purchased merchandise, cooking classes or gift cards using your PCC membership since March 13, 2024.

To learn whether you are currently an active member, log into your PCC website account and click “Membership.”

If you are an active member, make sure you are subscribed to receive Member Communications – we’ll be sending more emails about the upcoming election. Confirm that your email address and subscriptions are up to date by visiting your PCC website account. Election Services Co. (ESC) is handling online voting for PCC. When you see an email from them – which might end up in your spam box at first – make sure to move it into your primary inbox or mark this sender as safe. ESC will be sending a unique link to your ballot via email.

If you are unable to vote online due to disability or otherwise, please contact us through our website or call 206-547-1222, and select the membership option on the phone tree, to request a paper ballot. Paper ballots must be received by the co-op office by 5 p.m. on April 29, 2025, to be counted.
