Summer Fruit Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped summer stone fruit, such as apricots, plums, nectarines or cherries
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeño or pasilla chile
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 5 to 6 dashes hot pepper sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Combine all the ingredients and chill.
