Mixed Greens with Bosc Pears and Spicy Pecans

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces mixed baby greens
  • 1 to 2 Bosc pears, sliced into thin wedges
  • 1/4 to 1/3 Pear Vinaigrette
  • Spicy Maple Pecans (available in the PCC Deli)

Directions

In a bowl combine mixed greens and pears. Add 1/4 to 1/3 cup Pear Vinaigrette and gently mix it in using tongs. Place on individual plates and garnish with Spicy Maple Pecans.

Special notes:

Do not mix in the vinaigrette before serving, or the greens will turn soft. The vinaigrette can last at least 2 to 3 weeks refrigerated.
