May 25, 2021

PCC joined over 400 businesses and organizations in a letter to congress, urging a robust investment from potential infrastructure funding towards making agriculture more resilient and equitable, and achieving the goal of negative emissions.

The letter specifically calls on congress to allocate $200 billion at minimum over the next decade in programs and projects that will enhance food system and supply chain resiliency, reduce climate impacts from agriculture, expand renewable energy, strengthen rural communities, and support conservation efforts.
