PCC Board of Trustees

September board meeting
The board of trustees met on September 6, 2018 and heard reports from its Audit and Finance, Governance and Membership, Social and Environmental, and Management Development and Compensation committees. CEO Cate Hardy reported on financials and co-op wide projects and initiatives. Management provided an update on the co-op’s triple bottom line strategic plan. The board approved moving from a board co-chair structure to a board chair and vice-chair structure with Michael Hutchings assuming the board chair position and Sandy Voit the vice-chair position. Both men served previously as the board co-chairs.
Next board meeting
The next board meeting will be held on December 12, 2018 at the PCC Co-op office.

PCC’s Board of Trustees is elected to represent the interests of co-op members. Hearing from members enhances the governance and ongoing betterment of the cooperative for members.
