Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 tablespoon honey, or to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 Satsuma oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1 apple – peeled, cored and chopped
- 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup halved seedless red grapes
- 1/2 cup chopped toasted walnuts
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries (optional)
Directions
In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, orange juice, honey, salt and pepper. Combine with remaining ingredients. Chill and serve.
