- 2 ripe avocados, pitted and flesh scooped out
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup agave syrup or sugar syrup
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon orange extract
- Berries of your choice for garnish
Blend together all ingredients except for berries in a blender or food processor. Scoop mousse into individual, small-serving dessert cups. Garnish with fresh berries. Chill and serve.
