Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 15-oz can of white beans, rinsed and drained
- 4 cups stock
- 1/4 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper
Directions
Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil until soft. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
