Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 12-ounce box silken tofu
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into serving dishes and chill for one hour before serving. Garnish with shredded coconut, banana wheels, chopped nuts or halved orange segments.
