Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 8 ounces fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple-orange juice
  • 6 to 10 ice cubes

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until frothy.
