- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup chopped, peeled cantaloupe
- 1 cup chopped, peeled mango
- 1/2 cup chopped. seeded and peeled cucumber
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped, seeded jalapeño
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss to combine.
