- 2 pounds firm tofu
- 1/4 cup PCC Tandoori Spice Mix
- 3 tablespoons tamari
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
Preheat oven to 325° F.
Cut tofu into 8 pieces. Combine Tandoori Spice Mix, tamari and sesame oil in a shallow dish. Gently toss tofu in spice mixture to coat.
Place tofu in a baking dish and bake until browned, about 30 minutes.
