Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
- 4 cups rice milk
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a double boiler (rice milk should completely cover the rice). Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer slowly for 20 to 25 minutes (or longer for creamier pudding), adding more rice milk if needed.
