- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Peanuts or jam, for garnish (optional)
Mix ingredients together in an 8-ounce mason jar or bowl. Place in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, top with peanuts or jam.
