  • 1/2 pound sharp or extra sharp white cheddar, grated
  • 1/2 cup Brazil nuts, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
  • 1/4 cup light cream


In a food processor or blender, blend cheese, nuts, garlic, pepper and 2 tablespoons cream. Add remaining cream and blend to a smooth consistency.
