- 2 tablespoons green tea
- 1 teaspoon dried lemongrass
- 4 cups boiling water
- Honey, to taste
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Combine green tea and lemongrass in a large tea ball or reusable tea bag. Drop into boiling water, remove from heat and steep for 3 minutes. Remove tea ball and sweeten to taste with honey. Cool to room temperature and serve over ice, garnished fresh mint leaves.
