Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon coarse-grain salt
- 1 teaspoon finely minced fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)
Directions
Combine lemon zest, pepper and salt. Stir in herbs, if desired. Store in an airtight container.
