  • 2 pounds grass-fed extra-lean ground beef
  • 2 small red onions, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 red pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Preheat oven to 400° F.

Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Spread mixture evenly in a loaf pan.

Bake until an internal temperature taken with an instant-read thermometer reaches 165° F, about 45 minutes.
