Ingredients
- 2 cups pumpkin purée
- 1 cup milk (soy or dairy)
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 Gala apple, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Place in one casserole dish. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
For a little decadence, top with fresh whipped cream. Best served chilled.
