- 4 (1-inch-thick) boneless pork chops
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- 1 tablespoon dry sherry
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Combine chops and marinade ingredients. Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
Heat a grill to medium heat. Remove chops from marinade (discard marinade). Grill chops over direct heat for 12 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
