- 2 cups cubed pound cake
- 1/4 cup brandy or Grand Marnier
- 2 pints fresh blueberries
- 1 pint strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup sugar, divided
- 2 cups vanilla pudding
- 1 cup whipping cream
Layer half the cake cubes in a clear bowl and drizzle with half the brandy. Combine blueberries and strawberries with 3/4 cup sugar and sprinkle half the fruit over cake. Top with half the vanilla pudding. Repeat the layers with cake, brandy, blueberries, strawberries and custard.
Whip cream with 1/4 cup sugar. Spread over the top and garnish with extra blueberries and strawberries.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
