- 1 quart blueberries
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 to 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract or brandy
Arrange blueberries in a serving bowl or beverage glasses.
Pour cream into a chilled bowl and whip on high until thickened but has not formed peaks. Add sugar and vanilla or brandy. Whip at a slower speed until light peaks form. Top berries with cream and serve.
