- 2 1/2 cups blueberries, roughly chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Tortilla chips, for serving (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator.
