Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup coarse ground cornmeal
- Chopped fresh rosemary
- Fresh black pepper
Directions
Bring water to a boil and add salt. Slowly stir cornmeal. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon for about 20 minutes. The polenta should come away from the sides of the pan as it is finishing. During the last few minutes stir in chopped rosemary and black pepper.
