Ingredients

egg pasta (refined durum semolina wheat flour, pasteurized eggs, dehydrated tomato and spinach), filling (grated bread sticks, parmesan cheese, soybean oil, whole milk, egg whites, salt, pepper and nutmeg)

Preparation

Cook uncovered 8-10 minutes in rapid boiling salted water until pasta is tender yet firm (al dente), stirring occasionally. Drain immediately.

Yield: about 1 cup per 1/2 cup uncooked pasta.
