Ingredients
organic brown jasmine rice.
Preparation
Rinse, drain, and cover 1 cup of rice with 2 cups water and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, cook covered for 30-40 minutes. Let rest a few minutes, and then fluff with a fork before serving.
Yield: about 3/4 cup per 1/4 cup uncooked rice.
